CushWake Arranges Sale of Whole Foods-Anchored Retail Center in Decatur

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of North Decatur Station, an 86,164-square-foot Whole Foods Market 365-anchored shopping center in Decatur. The sales price was not disclosed.

North Decatur Station is the retail component of a newly-constructed mixed-use project located at 1555 Church St. The fully-leased center is anchored by a tenant roster that includes Whole Foods, Hollywood Feed, Gusto!, Big Peach Running, Club Pilates, Jason’s Deli, F45 Fitness, and Thrive Vet Clinic. The 290-unit Solis Decatur Apartments, part of the mixed-use development, was not included as part of the transaction.

Fain Hicks, Lane Breedlove and Tyler Anderson of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, S.J. Collins, in the transaction. Weingarten Realty Investors acquired the property.
