CushWake Arranges Sale of Two Port Morris Parcels
Cushman & Wakefield arranged the sale of 200 Bruckner Blvd. and 715 E.136th St. in the Bronx, two industrial lots totaling 7,011 square feet. The final closing price was $1,500,000, or $214 per square foot for the land.
The firm’s Jonathan Squires and Joshua Neustadter represented the seller.
“200 Bruckner Blvd. and 715 E.136th St. are ideally located, offering convenient transportation into Manhattan and the outer boroughs,” said Squires. “Demand for industrial land in the Bronx has soared over the last few years with a significant need for last mile delivery and other service vehicle storage.”
Located in the Port Morris neighborhood of the Bronx, the industrial lots allow for approximately 14,022 buildable square feet, while use of the community facility bonus allows for a maximum of approximately 33,652 buildable square feet. The sites provide 215 feet of frontage along Bruckner Boulevard.
