
CushWake Arranges Sale of Laguna Niguel Senior Housing Community
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Crestavilla, a 201-Unit senior housing asset in Laguna Niguel, CA. Cushman and Wakefield represented the seller in the transaction, a joint venture between Fremont Realty Capital and Steadfast Development. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Opened just four years ago, the Crestavilla senior housing property hosts independent living, assisted living and memory care. The LEED Gold certified asset features amenities that include three dining rooms, two fitness areas and a 12,000-square-foot rooftop amenity space.
“We are pleased to deliver a strong execution for the seller on one of the most exceptional and upscale senior housing assets in the country,” said Aaron Rosenzweig, part of the Cushman & Wakefield team that handled the transaction. The firm also procured acquisition financing for the buyer, which was provided by a national bank.
