CushWake Arranges Sale of 115K-SF Tampa Office Building

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of Preserve VII, a 115,000-square-foot office building in Tampa. The sales price was not disclosed.

Located at 18216 Crane Nest Drive in the Highwoods Preserve office park, the four-floor building is 100% leased to MetLife. The building includes large windows, efficient floor plates and structured parking.

Mike Davis, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon, Dominic Montazemi and Robert Elms of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Highwoods Properties, in the transaction. Sentinel Real Estate Corp., an independently owned real estate investment management firm with $7.8 billion of institutional quality real estate assets under management, acquired the property.
