CushWake Arranges 4K-SF Office Lease Expansion in Palm Beach Gardens

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 4,089-square-foot lease expansion for Imperial Capital at Financial Center at the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens.

Located at 3801 PGA Boulevard, the 10-story office building totals 188,772 square feet. The property includes fully renovated lobbies, bathrooms, and common areas as well as covered parking and a wine bar and lounge with a putting green. Imperial Capital is a full-service investment bank offering a uniquely integrated platform of comprehensive services to institutional investors and middle market companies.

Anthony Librizzi and Tara England of Cushman & Wakefield represented both the tenant and the landlord, New York Life Real Estate Investors, in the transaction. New York-based New York Life Real Estate Investors is a full-service, fully integrated real estate enterprise.
