CushWake Arranges $49M Sale of Whole Foods-Anchored Shopping Center in Fort Myers

Cushman & Wakefield has brokered the $49-million sale of Daniels Marketplace, a newly- constructed, 106,739-square-foot Whole Foods-anchored shopping center in Fort Myers.

Located at 6891 Daniels Pky., the center is currently fully-leased to a tenant roster that includes Whole Foods, a salon, dentist, Pilates gym, dry cleaner, pet hospital and restaurants Mellow Mushroom and Panera Bread.

Fain Hicks, Mark Gilbert, Lane Breedlove, Adam Feinstein and Mitchell Halpern of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Atlanta-based developer S.J. Collins Enterprises, in the transaction. Additionally, a Cushman & Wakefield team of Mike Ryan, Brian Linnihan and Richard Henry secured acquisition financing on behalf of the buyer, AEW Capital Management.
