CushWake Arranges $33M Sale of Sawgrass Village Office Campus in Sunrise

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $32.6 million sale of Sawgrass Village, a 112,456-square-foot office campus in Broward County’s Sawgrass International Corporate Park in Sunrise.

Sawgrass Village is comprised of two single-story office buildings developed in 2000 on a more than 11-acre site at 789 and 799 International Parkway. The buildings were 100% occupied at the time of sale by tenants Comcast and Bolton Medical.

Dominic Montazemi, Mike Davis, Greg Miller, Scott O’Donnell, Miguel Alcivar, Rick Brugge, Rick Colon and Michael Ciadella of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a global investment advisor. The buyer was MG3 Realty. Additionally, Jason Hochman of Cushman and Wakefield’s Equity, Debt and Structured Finance Group, secured a $21.25 million acquisition loan from Citigroup for MG3.
