CushWake Arranges $33M Sale of Durham Apartment Community
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $32.5 million sale of Marquis Gardens, a 400-unit apartment community in Durham, N.C. Watson Bryant, Paul Marley and Hunter Bowling of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, JEM Holdings, in the transaction. Concordia Properties acquired the property.
Located in Durham’s Northeast submarket, Marquis Gardens is situated between the employment hubs of Downtown Durham and Treyburn Corporate Park. Amenities include grilling and picnic areas, a laundry facility, two playgrounds, a swimming pool and tennis courts.
