CushWake Arranges 335K-SF Lease Near Atlanta for SiteOne Landscape Supply
Cushman & Wakefield has secured a 335,300-square-foot lease for SiteOne Landscape Supply in Palmetto, about 25 miles southwest of Atlanta. SiteOne is a supplier of wholesale goods for green industry professionals; the lease is part of the company’s plan to both relocate and expand its operations.
Gordon Benedict, Jeffrey Eisenhart and Courtney Oldenburg of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Exel, Inc., is the landlord.
“After an extensive search throughout Atlanta, we were able to secure a long-term lease in a new cross-dock facility,” said Benedict. “The building’s modern features will enable SiteOne to optimize their supply chain and logistic network for years to come.”
The building is located within the 340-acre Palmetto Logistics Park, which features an ESFR sprinkler system, 61 dock doors, two drive-in doors and 100 trailer storage spaces.
