CushWake Arranges 3 Office Deals at 2 Park

Cushman & Wakefield has completed three transactions on behalf of 2 Park Ave.’s ownership, totaling approximately 45,000 square feet. The services firm has also begun marketing the 29-story building’s three penthouse floors, which total more than 17,000 square feet.

Largest of the three deals is CreditSights’ relocation from 470 Park Ave. South to 28,319 square feet on 2 Park’s 24th floor. The team of Tara Stacom, Mitch Arkin, David E. Green and Michael Tranfalia also arranged deals for The END Fund, relocating from 41 E. 11th St. to 7,329 square feet on the 18th floor of 2 Park; and Conductor, a subtenant that expanded in the building by 8,881 square feet.

“From the terracotta façade and the restored Art Deco lobby, to the design by architect Ely Jacques Kahn, 2  Park Avenue is distinct within New York’s class A office inventory,” said Green.
