CushWake Arranges $2M Sale of Development Site Near Richmond

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has arranged the $1.9 million sale of a six-acre development site in Chester, VA. Chester is located approximately 17 miles south of Richmond.

The site is located on the corner of Route 1 at Moore’s Lake Rd in Chester. The buyer, Bon Secours St. Francis Medical Center, plans to develop a freestanding emergency clinic at the site.

David Smith of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the seller, Americana Park LLC and Trollingwood Land LLC, in the transaction.
