CushWake Arranges $15M Sale of Miami Office Property

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the $14.5 million sale of 50Forty on 7th, a midrise medical and professional office building located in Miami.

The nine-story office building offers 360-degree panoramic views and is strategically located along the densely populated NW 7th Street corridor just south of the recently rebranded Waterford Business District and Miami International Airport. The 82,689-square-foot building is 95% leased to three full-floor tenants.

Miguel Alcivar, Scott O’Donnell, Greg Miller, Dominic Montazemi, Mike Ciadella, Jason Hochman, and John O’Neil of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Netz 50Forty LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was NE Capital Group BSD LLC.
