CushWake Arranges 120K SF of Leases at Waltham Offices

Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated 120,400 square feet of leases at University Office Park, a two-building, 290,000-square-foot office campus located at 51 & 95 Sawyer Rd. along the Charles River in Waltham, MA. The leasing activity coincides with landlord Albany Road’s recently completed refinancing with the Ardent Companies.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Michael O’Leary, Ross Gaudet, Elizabeth Swanson and Bobby Phinney represented Albany Road in lease negotiations. The recent leasing activity at University Office Park included a mix of renewals and expansions. The tenants were not disclosed.

“The robust leasing activity at University Office Park underscores Albany Road’s dedication to tenant satisfaction and the long-term value of this prime office complex,” said O’Leary. “Under the strength of current ownership and the property’s current capitalization, University Office Park continues to be a ‘go-to’ office destination for high-quality tenants seeking Mass Pike / Rt. 128 proximity.”
