CushWake Advises Sale of Boise Industrial Building
Cushman & Wakefield has advised in the disposition of a brand new, Class A warehouse building in Meridian, ID. Totaling 141,000 square feet and situated on 30-acres at 2316 W. Franklin Rd., the logistics building was completed earlier this year and is fully leased to a Fortune 10 global e-commerce company.
“This facility was purpose-built, by Adler Industrial, LLC for use as a last mile delivery station allowing the existing tenant to service population centers in fast-growing Metro Boise,” said CushWake’s Will Strong, who represented Adler along with Jeff Chiate, Kirk Kuller, Greer Oliver and Connor Nebeker-Hay. “The asset was a rare opportunity to purchase a quality industrial property occupied by a highly desired tenant with a mission critical use.”
