CushWake Advises Sale of Boise Industrial Building

Cushman & Wakefield has advised in the disposition of a brand new, Class A warehouse building in Meridian, ID. Totaling 141,000 square feet and situated on 30-acres at 2316 W. Franklin Rd., the logistics building was completed earlier this year and is fully leased to a Fortune 10 global e-commerce company.

The facility features 33’ clear height, 15 dock doors and 6 drive-in doors. Positioned west of Downtown Boise and just 11 miles from Boise Airport, the property also has a 208’ truck court and an abundance of car, van and trailer parking.
