CushWake Adds Movshovich to Lead Alternate Investment Advisory

Cushman & Wakefield hired Michael Movshovich as executive managing director to lead its new Alternative Investment Advisory Group in New York. He will be based out of the firm’s Midtown Manhattan office.

As the head of the Alternative Investment Advisory Group, Movshovich will drive Cushman & Wakefield’s local strategy on advising clients in the private equity, venture capital and hedge fund sectors. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Movshovich spent more than 12 years at CBRE.

“We are delighted to welcome Michael to our team” said Toby Dodd, president of the Tri-State Region for Cushman & Wakefield. “The hedge fund, private equity and venture capital industries in New York are constantly evolving and growing, as is the need for real estate professional services firms to provide specialized resources, data and insights and the latest technology to meet their complex business needs.”
