Cushman & Wakefield has expanded its industrial services team with the addition of Trey Carswell and Lisa Ross in Tampa. The duo bring more than 40 years of combined experience in commercial real estate, as well as deep local market knowledge to their roles.

Carswell and Ross come most recently from Avison Young, where they began working as a team in 2015 and oversaw leasing for a six million-square-foot industrial portfolio in the Tampa Bay market. As Senior Directors with Cushman & Wakefield, they will specialize in landlord representation, while working alongside the firm’s existing industrial services experts, John Jackson, Josh Tarkow, Jessica Mizrahi and J.T. Faircloth.
