CushWake Acquires SC Operations of Morton G. Thalhimer, Inc.
Cushman & Wakefield has acquired the South Carolina operations of its long-time alliance member Morton G. Thalhimer, Inc., with offices located in Charleston, Greenville and Columbia.
Thalhimer services include tenant representation, landlord representation, property disposition, buyer representation, property management, project management and development.
Operating as a unified team, alliance member firms integrate local talent, relationships and market intelligence with of Cushman & Wakefield’s resources and platform.

Brett Gray, managing principal, will oversee South Carolina operations from the firm’s Charlotte office.
