Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern CA Retail Work Heats Up
Cushman & Wakefield has been very active with retail deals in Northern California lately.
Among its recent transactions is a lease totaling 50,700 square feet for a ShowPlace ICON cinema in Mountain View, at the mixed use Village at San Antonio Center. The property is under development and expected to open in 2017.
Additional Cushman & Wakefield lease signings recently took place at Westfield Valley Fair in San Jose, and Total Wine & More, which is entering the Bay Area with two new stores in the Silicon Valley.
