Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel Wins Phoenix NAIOP Award
Cushman & Wakefield’s Mike Haenel has been named NAIOP Arizona’s 2025 Award of Excellence recipient. The award was presented at the Best of NAIOP awards ceremony on May 1 at the Arizona Financial Theater.
The NAIOP Arizona Award of Excellence recognizes individuals who have made a significant and positive impact on the commercial real estate industry in Arizona over a period of at least 15 years and have made direct contributions to the chapter.
Haenel has more than 40 years of experience selling and leasing industrial/back-office buildings and land throughout Arizona. He and his business partners, Andy Markham, Will Strong, and Phil Haenel of Cushman & Wakefield, specialize in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial real estate, servicing the needs of corporate, institutional, and entrepreneurial owners/users in Arizona and other markets. Mike is also a member of The Thunderbirds and is actively involved with St. Mary’s Food Bank and St. Vincent de Paul.
