Cushman & Wakefield to Lease, Manage Taurus Investment Holdings’ Fairview Center

Fairview Center, the first acquisition by Taurus Investment Holdings in the Charlotte market, will now be managed by Cushman & Wakefield. Taurus acquired Fairview Center, a two building, 182-841-square-foot office property, in September 2021 for $46.25 million. The property is currently 92% leased.

“One & Two Fairview Center are extremely well-located assets in the SouthPark submarket and appeal to a diverse set of tenants,” said Sam Flood, managing director.

The company’s office strategy focuses on class A/B/ assets in suburbia locations with strong employment growth and access to amenities and infrastructure.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jessica Brown and David Dorsch will oversee leasing on behalf of Taurus Investment Holdings. Santana Wilcox Eve Pilkington and Debi Hunter of Cushman & Wakefield Asset Services, will manage the property.
