Cushman & Wakefield Tapped for Boca Raton Bank of America Tower Assignment

Denver-based building owner Black Creek Group selected Cushman & Wakefield as exclusive leasing advisor for Bank of America Tower, a nearly 110,000-square-foot office building in downtown Boca Raton. The eight-story Class A office building was developed in 1969 on a roughly 1.6-acre site at 150 East Palmetto Park Rd.

The building was renovated in 1997 and again in 2013. The Energy Star-rated asset features panoramic ocean and city views. Notable tenants include Bank of America, Waypoint Residential, Charles Schwab and Zen Offices.

Black Creek Group plans improvements to the asset including renovations to the main building lobby, vacant office suites, upper-level corridors, elevator lobbies, and restrooms, among other upgrades. Renovations are expected to begin this year and be completed by 2021.

Cushman & Wakefield’s John Criddle and Joseph Freitas will handle the leasing assignment.

“Bank of America Tower is one of the most desirable office destinations in Boca Raton, offering tenants a true Class A experience in the heart of downtown at an incredible value,” said Criddle.
