Cushman & Wakefield Tapped to Fill 110 Tower

Less than a week after negotiating the $113 million sale of 110 Tower to IP Capital Partners, the new owner hired Cushman & Wakefield to lease the 394,830-square-foot office tower in the Fort Lauderdale CBD. Cushman & Wakefield had represented seller GenCap Partners in the building’s sale.

Donna Korn and Jennifer Gemma will handle the leasing activities for the 30-story, Class A office building at 110 S.E. 6th St. Tenants include Tripp Scott, P.A., state of Florida Attorney General, Broward County and McCalla Raymer. 110 Tower is directly across from the new Broward County Courthouse.
