Cushman & Wakefield Selling Eugene Manufacturing Facility

Cushman & Wakefield has been hired by 3590 West 3rd Avenue Real Estate Holding LLC to sell a former tech disk manufacturing facility in Eugene, Oregon. Located at 3590 W 3rd Avenue in the heart of the West Eugene Industrial Corridor, the 107,708-square-foot facility encompasses more than 4.5 acres.

The Cushman & Wakefield sales team comprises Aaron Watt, Keegan Clay, Don Yahn, and Chanel Rivest. The property is being listed for $7 million or $65 per building square foot. Previously occupied by an independent supplier of thin disks for high-capacity hard disk drives, the building has been vacant for several years.

Originally built in the mid-1990s, the building has been upgraded and features a heavy power supply and warehouse HVAC, and 15,254 square feet of office space. The property offers convenient access to the Beltline highway, connecting to key logistical routes Highway 99 and Interstate 5.
