Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates 32K-SF Lease in Fort Lauderdale

Johnstone Supply signed a 32,400-square-foot lease at I–595 Business Center, a 150,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art, Class A industrial building currently under construction in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The building is expected to be completed in August 2018.

The independent regional wholesaler, distributor, contractor and supplier of HVAC/R equipment will relocate its Dania Beach operations from Broward International Commerce Center.

I–595 Business Center will feature roughly four dock-high doors per bay, built-to-suit offices, an ESFR fire safety system, 32-foot clear heights, T–5 lighting, a six-inch reinforced slab rated to 4,000 PSI and 183 parking spaces. The building is located immediately west of Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and has direct frontage on Interstate 595 at 3200 SW 30th Ave.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private.
