A former Verizon corporate training facility 6000 Hadley RD. in South Plainfield, NJ is being marketed as a redevelopment opportunity

Cushman & Wakefield Markets Former Verizon Training Facility

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to market for sale 6000 Hadley Rd., a 124,545-square-foot office asset in South Plainfield, NJ. The firm’s Josh Kuriloff, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt and Ryan Larkin will be leading marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, Verizon New Jersey Inc.

“6000 Hadley Rd. offers investors an ideal 16-acre redevelopment opportunity in a market with virtually no Class A space available,” said Kuriloff.  “The property is strategically located off Interstate 287 with great repositioning potential as office, R&D or lab space.”

6000 Hadley Rd. is a one-story former corporate training facility situated on 16 acres of land.  The asset features 485 parking spaces with frontage and visibility along Interstate 287.

The property is located off Interstate 287 between Exits 4 and 5.  It offers convenient access to Interstate 78, NJ Turnpike and Routes 202/206, 22, 18 and 28.
