Cushman & Wakefield Markets Former Verizon Training Facility
Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to market for sale 6000 Hadley Rd., a 124,545-square-foot office asset in South Plainfield, NJ. The firm’s Josh Kuriloff, David Bernhaut, Gary Gabriel, Kyle Schmidt and Ryan Larkin will be leading marketing efforts on behalf of the owner, Verizon New Jersey Inc.
