Cushman & Wakefield has hired Kevin Brant as director of brokerage in their Washington, D.C. office. Working with Ryan Miller, managing principal of the Mid-Atlantic region, Brant will support advisory professionals in the Washington, D.C. metro and Baltimore markets. He will focus on junior and mid-level advisory development, strategic client analysis, and operational support.  

Brant brings 17 years of commercial real estate experience from JLL, where he was managing director and office leader for the Bethesda market. At JLL, he led strategy, financial performance, and business development, earning multiple awards for his performance.
