Cushman & Wakefield Hires Brian Woods for Tenant Representation Leadership Role

Cushman & Wakefield has hired Brian Wood as executive managing director, a position in which he will represent and advise office tenants.

Wood has over two decades of real estate experience, focusing on tenant representation in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and across the country. Throughout his tenure, Wood has executed in excess of six million square feet of transactions on behalf of his clients, at an estimated value of $800 million.

Wood has represented a variety of tenants, from Fortune 500 companies to trade associations and non-profits, in lease negotiations and interpretations across more than 75 markets nationwide. He was a prominent member of the team that completed the 300,000-square-foot relocation of Nestle’s headquarters from California to ArlingtonVA.  More recently, Wood advised organizations such as China Telecom Americas, Orano USA and Salem Media Group.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Wood served as SVP of tenant representation in the occupier advisory group at CBRE.
