Cushman & Wakefield First Office Tenant at Wilshire Grand Center

Cushman & Wakefield relocated its Downtown Los Angeles headquarters to Wilshire Grand Center. The new 35,000-square-foot workplace at 900 Wilshire Blvd. will house upwards of 180 professionals.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew McDonald says, “As we celebrate the firm’s centennial year, we endeavored to create a forward-looking, collaborative space focused on innovation and the well-being of our employees and clients.”

The commercial real estate brokerage is relocating from 601 S. Figueroa St. and will occupy space on floors 24 and 25 of Hanjin International Corp.’s 2.1-million-square-foot Wilshire Grand Center.

The workspace was designed to meet advanced CRE service and technological needs, and features an atrium with interconnecting stairs between the two floors, a café on the perimeter, a variety of huddle and focus rooms for breakout sessions, and an employee wellness room. The largely open layout features a majority of employees in workstations equipped with sit/stand desks.
