Cushman & Wakefield Expands Puget Sound Capital Markets, Leasing Team

An investment sales and leasing brokerage team led by Jim Reed, Dual SIOR, Adrienne Hunter, and Carson Scott has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s office in Bellevue, Washington.

The market-leading team brings decades of commercial real estate experience and expertise, primarily serving the multifamily, office and industrial sectors. The team has transacted several billion dollars in total sales and leasing volume in the Puget Sound region.

Reed joins Cushman & Wakefield with his team as an Executive Managing Director, Hunter as a Senior Director, and Scott as a Senior Associate. The team was one of the highest producing at Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest, and Reed the top performing broker during his tenure at Lee.
