Cushman & Wakefield Expands Louisville Property Management Portfolio by 7.5M SF

Cushman & Wakefield announced that a 7.5 million-square-foot property management portfolio comprised of industrial, office and retail properties previously managed by NAI Fortis Group has transitioned to Cushman & Wakefield.

Six members of NAI Fortis Group’s property management team have also joined the firm. The addition expands Cushman & Wakefield’s Louisville property management portfolio to approximately 20 million square feet under management.

The transition follows the planned retirement of NAI Fortis Group founder and President Jon Seiz, who founded the firm in 2001. “We are pleased to welcome the NAI Fortis team and continue serving these clients while providing access to the broader resources and capabilities of Cushman & Wakefield’s platform,” said Cheri Shepherd, Executive Managing Director, Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield.

Separate from the property management portfolio transition, NAI Fortis Group’s brokerage professionals have joined Commercial Kentucky, an independently owned and operated member of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance Program.
