Cushman & Wakefield Expands Life Science Presence in Silicon Valley

Cushman & Wakefield has announced that several brokers specializing in Tenant Representation have joined the firm in its San Jose and Palo Alto offices. The group consists largely of veteran brokers primarily serving clients in the tech and life science sectors, but also have experience in healthcare, financial, gaming and other key industries.

The brokers range in experience from 5 to 35 years and consist of Mike Mordaunt, Executive Vice Chair; Joe Brady, Peter Hamann and Mark Moser, Vice Chairs; Nate Currie and Scott Kinder, Executive Managing Directors; Mike Drew, Executive Director; Chris Errecart, Senior Director; and Jonny Miroyan and Spencer Galli, Directors.

The brokers joined CushWake from Savills individually throughout June.  “These professionals have served some of the world’s most influential and prominent companies and we are thrilled to have that level of talent added to our global Occupier Services,” said the firm’s NorCal Managing Principal Matt Chatham.
