Cushman & Wakefield Expands in Iowa

Cushman & Wakefield entered the Iowa commercial real estate market via an exclusive alliance with Iowa Commercial Advisors (previously NAI Optimum). The strategic alliance brings together Cushman & Wakefield’s well established global platform with Iowa Commercial Advisors’ more than 60 professionals who’ve built a rich history and expertise throughout the state.

The West Des Moines-based company marketed and managed more than five million square feet of retail, office, industrial and multifamily properties, and is led by Kurt Mumm, President (pictured above left), and Christopher Stafford, SVP. Iowa Commercial Advisors offers brokerage, property management, consulting, investment analysis and project management.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Shawn Mobley (above right) says, “Our firms share a mutual goal of putting client needs above all else, and delivering best-in-class services and solutions. We are confident this new partnership will benefit our clients in Des Moines, and we look forward to a productive future in this market.”
