Cushman & Wakefield Expands DC Capital Markets Data Centers Team

Cushman & Wakefield announced that Luke Marchand and Kip Soltesz have joined the firm as managing director and senior director, respectively.

Based out of Washington, D.C., both professionals will serve on the Capital Markets Data Centers team. Marchand brings extensive commercial real estate experience with a specialized focus on data center land acquisition, development, and capital markets. He joins the firm from TA Realty, where he served as vice president of acquisitions and was responsible for sourcing and executing a hyperscale-focused data center development pipeline.

Soltesz joins with a background in the technology and real estate sectors. He transitions to Cushman & Wakefield from Amazon Web Services, where he was involved in data center acquisitions and development. Marchand and Soltesz will work in coordination with Cushman & Wakefield’s DC Metro Capital Markets team, leveraging the group’s deep regional relationships, investment sales expertise, and debt and structured finance capabilities to deliver integrated solutions for data center clients across the Mid-Atlantic and nationally.
