Through a strategic alliance with Cove, a technology platform that integrates the tenant experience with building operating systems, Presence provides investor clients with one technology solution for seamless communication and connection between buildings, amenities, and experiences.

Presence is also piloting the firm’s industry-leading Experience Per Square Foot™ (XSF) workplace experience diagnostic. XSF collects insights from building employees to determine overall strategy for building operations, purpose of the office, building appeal, space and amenities, and programming.
