Cushman & Wakefield Brings NoHo Commercial Property to Market

Cushman & Wakefield has been exclusively retained to market 26 Bleecker St. for sale. A commercial property located in the NoHo neighborhood of Manhattan, 26 Bleecker spans approximately 43,365 square feet across seven stories plus a lower level.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of Craig Waggner, John Ciraulo, Bobby Carrozzo, Michael Gembecki, Carri Lyon, David Lebenstein, Evan Lush and Jenna Catalon is leading the marketing efforts on behalf of the building owner.

“We are excited to offer buyers the opportunity to purchase a value-add/conversion opportunity in NoHo, one of the city’s most premier submarkets,” said Carrozzo. “The property’s flexible zoning makes this an ideal candidate for a number of potential uses.”

The property’s zoning allows for a variety of residential and commercial uses. It offers numerous conversion options, such as a single-tenant office space, a mixed-use residential building or bifurcating the floors into condominiums, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
