Cushman & Wakefield Bolsters NorCal Team with Key Additions

Cushman & Wakefield has announced the addition of investment sales professionals Scott J. Prosser, Vice Chairman and Jack DePuy, Executive Managing Director to the firm’s Silicon Valley office. The pair bring decades of Capital Markets experience, specializing in representing sellers and buyers of industrial, office and R&D property. Prosser and DePuy will be part of the company’s Northern California Capital Markets Group.

“We are very pleased to bring aboard Scott and Jack as two extremely talented and prominent real estate professionals. Scott is considered one of Silicon Valley’s preeminent investment brokers and he and Jack have been part of many of the region’s most high-profile sales,” said Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Beatty.

The pair both join Cushman & Wakefield from CBRE, where they were partners with the firm’s Northern California Capital Markets Institutional Properties Team. Prosser has 33 years of experience with $22 billion in transactions while DePuy has enjoyed a 16-year career with $8.5 billion in sales.
