Cushman & Wakefield Bolsters Asset Services Platform in Seattle
Cushman & Wakefield has bolstered its asset services platform in Seattle with the addition of five experienced team members who will help support the firm’s growing client roster and managing of office, retail and industrial property in the Puget Sound market. The new members include Shannon Jallow, Lisa Donlon, Talvinder Sahota, Trinh Penev and Laura Waltar.
“We manage a significant portfolio of properties on behalf of many clients in Seattle/Puget Sound while also aligning our team for continued asset services growth in this dynamic market,” said Sandra Boyle executive managing director of the West Region.
In addition to these five professionals, Cushman & Wakefield is also expecting to add even more asset services team members in the near and long term in Puget Sound, some of whom are in process.
“Each of these members bring a wealth of experience, leadership, collaboration and solutions-based attitude and will play an important role in our servicing clients at the highest level while optimizing performance of their assets,” added Chris Battles, market leader for asset services.
