Cushman & Wakefield Assigned to Manage 1M-SF HQ Building

Pioneer Natural Resources selected Cushman & Wakefield Dallas to provide property management and facility services for its new, 1.2-million-square-foot headquarters, which is under construction in the Hidden Ridge development of Irving, TX. The assignment is the largest single-building property and facility management assignment for Cushman & Wakefield Dallas.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Ron Tate, Christy Means, Ken Wakefield and Carly Davis secured the contract; Davis will be the building’s property manager. The company’s Asset Services will provide property management, while C&W Services will oversee facility services. Cushman & Wakefield is also providing move-management services, to assist Pioneer in its move from the current location to Hidden Grove, at 777 Hidden Ridge, in the Irving neighborhood of Las Colinas.

Construction on the office building should be completed by the end of summer 2019. Move-in is planned for October 2019. KDC is the developer.

Connect Texas Multifamily Conference is just around the corner — but there is still time to register for this Aug. 15 event! For information and to register, click here.
