Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two new long-term leases at 180 Park Avenue in Florham Park, NJ. Carisk Partners Inc., specializing in workers’ compensation, leased 7,006 square feet, while an undisclosed insurance company took 4,665 square feet. The property, owned by Vision Properties and The Birch Group, offers flexible floorplates and amenities like a cafeteria, coffee bar, conference center, fitness studio, and outdoor spaces. 

Recent upgrades include road and parking improvements and maintenance of the exterior curtain wall. The location at The Green at Florham Park provides access to Morristown, dining, hotels, parks, and retail, with shuttles to NJ Transit and major highways nearby.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s William O’Keefe, Courtney Brooke Rosenkrantz and Brian Decillis serve as the exclusive leasing agents on behalf of the landlords, a joint venture between Vision Properties and The Birch Group. Cushman & Wakefield is marketing spaces ranging from 4,500 to 40,000 square feet.
