Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Three Midtown Leases Totaling 120K SF
Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated three leases totaling 120,123 square feet at Two Park Avenue, a recently upgraded office building in Midtown. The firm’s Tara Stacom, Mitchell Arkin, Peter Trivelas, and Mike Tranfalia represented the landlord, PPF Off Two Park Avenue, in the deals.
Herrick Feinstein LLP leased 76,849 square feet on the entire 14th and partial 15th floors, represented by JLL’s John Wheeler and Peter Riguardi. AECOM secured 17,490 square feet on the 15th floor, with representation from JLL’s Ed DiTolla, Henry Warner, and William Korchak. Corporate Suites signed for 25,042 square feet on the entire 20th floor, represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Garett Varricchio and Mark Weiss.
The property’s recent enhancements include The Ely Lounge with an outdoor terrace and a lobby-level conference center. The building also offers amenities including a penthouse lounge, bike room, and on-site parking garage.
