Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of Warehouse Property in Hanover
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of 7314 Race Road, a newly constructed 130,389-square-foot, Class A warehouse in Hanover, Maryland.
Jonathan Carpenter, Graham Savage, Dawes Milchling and James Check of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, in the transaction. The property was sold to Sagard Real Estate. 7314 Race Road was 67% leased to one credit tenant at the time of sale and offers immediate access to Route 100 and I-95, 32’ clear heights, 32 loading positions, and 98 parking spaces.
