Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of TPC Jasna Polana Golf Club 

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of TPC Jasna Polana Golf Club, located at 4519 Province Line Road in Princeton, NJ. The 222-acre property, featuring an 18-hole private golf course and a historic clubhouse, was sold by the Piasecka Johnson Estate and acquired by Concert Golf Partners.  

Cushman & Wakefield’s Matt Davis, Andy Merin, Gary Gabriel, David Bernhaut, Ryan Dowd and Jean-Pierre Hohl represented the seller, the Piasecka Johnson Estate, and procured the buyer, Concert Golf Partners. “Jasna Polana boasts an immense history, from its ties to the Piasecka Johnson family to its role in professional golf as a past host of the PGA TOUR Champions and the classic Wonderful World of Golf match between Tom Watson and Hal Sutton,” added Jordan Peace, senior VP of Corporate Development at Concert Golf.  

Built in 1975 by architect Wallace Harrison, the property includes a 46,000-square-foot clubhouse with amenities, a Gary Player-designed golf course, and additional facilities like pro shops, tennis courts, and overnight lodges.
