Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Sale of 13-Acre Development Site in Long Island

Mary Spina Realty and Philip Spina Realty have bought a 12.68-acre development site located at 590 Long Island Avenue in Medford, New York, for a final sale price of $4 million from Blue Sky Endeavors. The site, which is divided into two main lots, offers redevelopment opportunities for commercial, industrial, or storage purposes and is expected to be used for renewable and sustainable energy development.

The seller was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Daniel Abbondandolo and Rob Cullen, while the buyer was represented by David Pennetta and Stephen Cadorette of Cushman & Wakefield.
