Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Lease at New Tustin Project
Cushman & Wakefield has represented the JV of Panattoni Development Company and Link Logistics Real Estate in arranging the lease of 14451 Myford Rd, a brand new industrial project in Tustin, CA. The freestanding, 220,000-square-foot, Class-A logistics project nearing completion has been fully pre-leased to an undisclosed tenant.
“This property is a best-in-class industrial project, located in Orange County and convenient to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, an extensive freeway network, two major airports and a massive population center,” said Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice Chairman Rick Ellison, who along with the firm’s Randy Ellison and Kyle McGillen represented the landlord in the transaction.
14451 Myford Rd features a two-story, 9,000-square-foot office, 36’ minimum clear height, skylights, ESFR sprinkler system, 47 dock doors, 2 grade doors, ample auto and trailer parking and a 132’ truck court that is fenced and gated.
