Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Five Princeton Leases Totaling 60K SF 

Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated five new leases at Princeton Point, an office property in Princeton, NJ, totaling over 60,000 square feet. Nuveen Real Estate, the landlord, was represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Todd Elfand and Kevin Carton in these transactions. 

Dr. Reddy’s Labs expanded its space by 7,000 square feet, bringing its total occupancy to approximately 60,000 square feet. Galapagos, an international biotechnology company, signed a 15,000-square-foot lease. Coface North America Insurance Company, a trade credit insurer, secured a 13,000-square-foot lease. Additionally, healthcare technology company RxSense signed a 26,000-square-foot sublease, and a Title company inked a 2,700-square-foot lease. 

Princeton Point, located within Princeton University’s business and research campus, offers amenities such as a café, conference center, courtyard, and on-site electric vehicle charging stations.
