Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Chevy Chase MOB Lease

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 3,884-square-foot lease for MD², a premier concierge medical practice, at 5425 Wisconsin Avenue in Chevy Chase, Maryland.

This marks MD²’s first location in Maryland and its 29th location in the U.S., where it will provide world-class medical care that is tailored to each patient’s unique needs. Cushman & Wakefield’s Katie Gormley, Kevin McGloon, Peter Rosan, and Gwen Dominguez represented the landlord, CCLC, in the transaction. Lauren Lang of JLL represented the tenant.
