Cushman & Wakefield Arranges AR Multifamily Sale

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged the sale of The Fitzroy Grove, a 250-unit multifamily community in Rogers, AR. Martin Bynum and Craig Hey of Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, Huffman & Company, in the transaction. Lurin Capital acquired the property.

“Northwest Arkansas continues to garner compelling job growth and economic expansion, which contributed to a highly competitive bidding process for The Fitzroy Grove. The asset is poised for continued growth and new ownership took notice of the offering’s uniqueness,” said Bynum, Director at Cushman & Wakefield.

Built in 2021, The Fitzroy Grove is well-positioned within a thriving submarket providing residents access to major employers, quality retail, and top-tier community amenities. Each unit within the community also features an elegant design with stainless steel appliances, oversized closets, and designer tile backsplashes and cabinetry.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Sunbelt Multifamily Advisory Group covers 11 states and has closed $2.5 billion in sales this year.
