Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Acquisition Financing for Nashville Medical Office Property

Cushman & Wakefield arranged $5.34 million in acquisition financing on behalf of Onicx Health Care Real Estate for Crossroads Medical Pavilion, a one-story, 34,680-square-foot medical office property in Tennessee, approximately 10 miles north of Nashville.

Tyler Morss of Cushman & Wakefield’s Healthcare Capital Markets Team led the assignment representing Onicx Health Care Real Estate in securing financing through a regional bank. The Healthcare Capital Markets Team also includes Travis Ives and Gino Lollio.

Located at 491 N. Sage Road, the property was completed in 2007 and has been owned and anchored by Crossroads Medical Group since that time. The multi-specialty and primary care provider, which currently occupies 16,882 square feet, or 49% of the building, will remain the primary tenant under new ownership. At the time of sale, the property was 100% leased and home to several healthcare tenants.
