Cushman & Wakefield Arranges 30K-SF Lease with Crown Castle in Plantation
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a new 30,206-square-foot lease with Crown Castle USA Inc. at Plantation Corporate Center I in Plantation, FL. Located at 1600-1601 SW 80th Terrace, Plantation Corporate Center is comprised of two four-story buildings that total 240,000 square feet,
Travis Herring and Katherine Ridgway of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, IP Capital, in the lease negotiations. Crown Castle owns, operates and leases more than 40,000 cell towers and approximately 80,000 route miles of fiber supporting small cells and fiber solutions across every major U.S. market.
