Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $25M Quincy MF Building Sale

Cushman & Wakefield has facilitated the sale of Hillside Residences, a 60-unit luxury Class A multifamily building at 23 Bridge Street, for $25 million to Comar Real Estate Trust. The seller, Boston Property Development, was represented by Chris Sower, Bruce Lusa, John Flaherty, Jon Bryant, Kevin Jones, Julie Regan, and Mary VanNatta of Cushman & Wakefield.

The property offers a mix of studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and four-bedroom units, many with balconies, alongside amenities like a fitness center, roof deck, community areas and garage parking.

“Hillside Residences is a fantastic addition to Comar Real Estate Trust’s portfolio,” said Sower. “Quincy’s vibrant atmosphere and its growing appeal as a residential market make this transaction very exciting. Located half a mile from Quincy Center MBTA station, residents have access to downtown Boston via MBTA Red Line subway and Commuter Rail, as well as roadways like Interstate 93, Routes 128/I-95, and Route 3.
